Andie is not only a close friend but is also the founder of the coveted Vinny Yoga, a comprehensive yoga directory aimed to help you discover and expand your yoga practice. Throughout this difficult time, Andie has created an incredible 'Vinny at-Home' series, were she has rounded up some of Melbourne's best teachers to deliver you free 15-30min practices every day! We spoke to Andie about her day-to-day and finding her new normal during this time.

Tell us where you are and what you can see? I am in bed, on my laptop (Bad yogi, I know). I can see my outdoor patio and a bright blue sky. My cat Alfie is also sleeping on the bed near my feet.
What are you reading? I'm reading 'Why I'm No Longer Talking to White People About Race' by Reni Eddo-Lodge. I'm also constantly referencing Jo Buick's 'Rest' course manual as it has so many helpful embodied practices to find ease and restoration in daily life.
What are you listening to? Podcasts: Teaching Yoga with Cora Geroux Playlists: Spotify- Keys Playlist
What are you watching? MEMES. SO. MANY. MEMES. Follow @memezar Also @goodnews_movement and @animalsdoingthings to warm the heart.
What are you wearing day to day? Usually a pair of leggings and an oversized t-shirt or sweater. Basically my PJs!
Have you implemented some structure to your day? Or are you taking it a day at a time? For the most part...consistent meal times and sleep times are super important for me. As well as a mid-day long walk.
How are you keeping busy? Mostly work and catching up with friends over a virtual wine or virtual boogie when I can.
Are you doing any at-home workouts? Yes! Vinny at Home :) https://www.vinnyyoga.com/vinny-at-home As well as some HIIT workouts on YouTube.
How are you staying positive? Knowing that this is temporary and we'll adapt as best we can.
How are you practicing self care? What are you doing to look after your mental health? Meditation, yoga, self-massage.
What are you most grateful for right now? That my basic needs are not at risk - food, shelter, support system.
What are you most hopeful for? That this time gives all of us a chance to step back and self-reflect. A lot of good always comes out of reflection.
What has been the most unexpected blessing that has come out of this for you? The chance to bring the yoga community closer here in Melbourne.
Are there any goals you have set yourself? Take a new route or path anytime I go outside for a walk.
What are you most looking forward to in the future? Freedom and travel.
