My go-to 5 minute healthy and delicious tuna salad
2 Lebanese cucumbers
2 roma tomatoes
1/4 of a red onion
1 large tin of tuna in oil (including the oil - this will help create the dressing)
Pinch of salt and pepper
Teaspoon of your favourite chilli oil
Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes and onion into small cubes.
Mix together all in ingredients in a bowl and serve.
Feel free to add your favourite herbs too. I sometimes add parsley or dill.
